The Winding Creek Estates Neighborhood Association goal is to work to notify members of important Neighborhood Association meetings, to notify neighborhood boards of planned land use changes and development within the neighborhood association boundaries, and to bring the concerns of neighborhood members/boards to City staff and to the City Council for discussion.

The Winding Creek Estates Neighborhood Association works with City staff and community groups to bring training and information meetings to neighborhood association members interested in learning about City staff and O'Fallon City Council functions; how to bring neighborhood concerns to the City Council for City staff and City Council review; how to respond to land use issues within neighborhood association boundaries; and important meeting management skills.
